the disadvantaged and to assist them directly or indirectly to
achieve independence, empowerment, dignity, and acceptance in
the community.

with the Talisay City Government for the implementation of the Accessibility
Law.

- To provide
limited administrative support to legitimate and duly registered
NGOs delivering social welfare services for the advancement of the
quality of life of persons with disabilities and the socially disadvantaged.

- To provide
short-term assistance or support indirectly through a legitimate
and duly registered NGO or directly to a deserving person with a
disability or disadvantage relative to health, rehabilitation, mobility,
education, skills and livelihood, social participation, and personal
and spiritual development.

- To support
advocacy programs that contribute to the empowerment of persons
with disabilities and the sector as a whole.

- To provide
support to persons seriously contemplating a religious vocation
upon the strong recommendation of a known religious/order.

- To provide
supplemental medical assistance and support to employees who have
faithfully rendered services to any of the AVILA Group of Companies.
|
- To network
with legitimate organizations on the local, national and international
levels that help the foundation achieve its objectives and enhance
or sustain its programs and projects.
