The Foundation wishes to assist those agencies, institutions and organizations catering to the rights and welfare persons with disabilities and the disadvantaged and those needy persons who have faithfully served any of the Avila group of companies or families for a certain number of years.

A society in which disabled and disadvantaged people have access to the resources they need to live a life of economic prosperity, social equity and human dignity.

To assist rehabilitation agencies, institutions and organizations in the
disabled and disadvantaged sector achieve their objectives in delivering the various resources and services needed by their beneficiaries; and to provide assistance for the welfare of needy individuals who have rendered a certain number of years of faithful service to the Avila group of companies.
