The Jesus S. Avila Foundation has been run since the year 2000 by the Avila Family, whose matriarch, Mrs. Ascension "Inday" S. Avila, had a heart for persons with disabilities and the indigent with medicinal needs. She served them with great generosity of time and resources since the 1960's until her death in 2006. The AVILA FOUNDATION, named after her husband, the late Atty. Jesus S. Avila, was created by her children to support her cause and continue her charitable work.
